📐 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align timelines
- Track material availability, manpower deployment, and machine utilization
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Support client meetings with updated schedules and progress metrics
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in planning within fabrication or EPC projects
- Strong understanding of fabrication workflows and BOQ interpretation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
