* Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and an additional regional language (preferred).
* Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in chat platforms, fast typing, and basic e-commerce tools.
* Work Ethics: Solution-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
