We are hiring for IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER for Gandhidham Location.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
 Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware).
 Proficient in network management, server administration, and cloud services (e.g., AWS,
Azure,0365).
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:
 Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
 Monitor and maintain systems and networks to ensure high availability and performance.
 Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and procedures.
 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network, CCTV, EPBX issues.
 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure.
 Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align technology with business goals.
 Document and update IT infrastructure policies and procedures With Documents .
 Manage and maintain asset inventory, ensuring all IT assets are tracked and accounted for.
 Implement and manage ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes to
improve IT service management and ensure best practices.
 Monitor network performance and conduct regular troubleshooting to identify and resolve
issues.
