We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to support senior management in a dynamic cloth manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Coordination: Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including tickets, accommodation, and itineraries.
Documentation: Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow-ups: Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
Event Management: Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
