Job Description:
Oversee and manage daily production operations of the Used Clothing department.
Ensure maximum output and efficiency from labour teams.
Plan, monitor, and achieve production targets on time.
Coordinate with labour contractors, shift incharge and plant head for smooth workflow.
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards on the shop floor.
