Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Mundra, Kutch
Department: Site Execution
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Mechanical background) to oversee on-site fabrication and assembly works. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, fabrication processes, and BOQ preparation, with proven experience in managing site execution activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution as per project plan.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings for fabrication and assembly.

  • Maintain daily site progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Resolve technical/site-related issues promptly.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of site experience in fabrication and assembly projects.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and execute as per drawings.
  • Hands-on knowledge of BOQ preparation, materials, and site documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle team management and ensure productivity on site.
