We are seeking a skilled *Post Operation Executive* with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in the *Nicotine and Tobacco Manufacturing* sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing post-production operations and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments within the company.

### Key Responsibilities

1. *Post-Production Coordination*:
  - Monitor and oversee post-production activities to ensure they align with the company's standards and production goals.
  - Coordinate with production, quality control, and packaging teams to ensure smooth operations after production.

2. *Inventory and Stock Management*:
  - Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and other operational inventories.
  - Ensure proper storage of nicotine and tobacco products while adhering to safety standards.

3. *Quality Assurance*:
  - Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that post-production products meet regulatory and industry standards.
  - Address any quality-related issues that arise during post-production.

4. *Documentation and Reporting*:
  - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all post-production operations.
  - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status, inventory levels, and post-production processes.

5. *Logistics Coordination*:
  - Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products to clients.
  - Monitor transportation and distribution processes to ensure that all products are delivered according to schedule.

6. *Vendor and Client Communication*:
  - Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  - Address any client concerns or feedback regarding post-production processes or product quality.

7. *Compliance and Safety*:
  - Ensure compliance with government regulations, especially concerning nicotine and tobacco manufacturing.
  - Monitor workplace safety and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines in post-production areas.

8. *Team Collaboration*:
  - Work with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges.
  - Provide feedback to production and procurement teams to streamline processes.

9. *Problem Solving*:
  - Identify bottlenecks in post-production and take corrective actions to mitigate any delays or operational inefficiencies.

10. *Cost Management*:
   - Assist in managing post-production budgets and controlling operational costs.
   - Suggest improvements to minimize waste and reduce operational expenses.

### Qualifications and Requirements:

- *Experience*: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in post-production operations, preferably in the nicotine or tobacco manufacturing industry.
- *Educational Background*: A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- *Skills*:
 - Strong knowledge of post-production processes in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.
 - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
 - Proficient in inventory management and logistics coordination.
 - Understanding of regulatory requirements related to nicotine and tobacco manufacturing.
