🔹 Position: Welfare Officer (Statutory Role)

📍 Location: Sanghipuram, Kutch – Gujarat
🏭 Units: Clinker | Grinding | Captive Power Plant (CPP)
🧑‍💼 Department: Human Resources
💰 CTC: ₹5 – 6 LPA

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws & statutory welfare provisions
• Act as a liaison between management & workmen on welfare-related matters
• Oversee employee welfare facilities & programs
• Handle statutory inspections, audits & documentation
• Address grievances & promote healthy industrial relations
• Coordinate with contractors & internal departments

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

• Qualification: BSW / MSW / MLW / MBA (HR) (as per statutory norms)
• Experience: 3–4 Years in Industrial Welfare / Labour Compliance / Factory Operations
• Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
