Lab Assistant
Location: Mundra
Role Overview:
The Lab Assistant will support the effective functioning of the Science Laboratory by assisting teachers during practical sessions, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare laboratory equipment and materials before practical sessions
Assist teachers and students during experiments
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory
Ensure proper storage and labeling of chemicals and equipment
Maintain stock register and lab inventory
Follow all safety norms and protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. (Science) preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a school laboratory
Basic knowledge of lab safety procedures
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Skills Required:
Attention to detail
Ability to handle laboratory equipment carefully
Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance
Team-oriented approach
