Key Responsibilities
Analyze system logs to identify and resolve potential IT issues.
Integrate new technologies into the existing data center environment.
Conduct routine audits of systems and software.
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, and password resets.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related problems.
Ensure enforcement of data security best practices.
Maintain documentation of system configurations.
Ensure seamless operation of network infrastructure.
Regularly back up school data to prevent data loss.
Maintain and manage IT assets efficiently.
Ensure the proper functioning of school computer laboratories.
Oversee video conferencing room setup and minimize disruptions.
Ensure minimal internet downtime and optimal connectivity.
Maintain CCTV surveillance and telephone line functionality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system security.
Hands-on experience with operating system management and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage backups, software installations, and IT infrastructure.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
