Role Overview:
Seeking a qualified and driven Operation & Maintenance professional to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of wind turbine generators and other infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Maintenance:

  • Ensure peak performance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) focusing on efficiency, availability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, including diagnostics and root cause analysis.
  • Minimize downtime via effective maintenance planning and swift issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM recommendations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Installation and Monitoring:

  • Supervise real-time monitoring system installation.

  • Address factors affecting WTG performance, including technical and environmental challenges.

Qualifications:
