Apex Toyota, located at Airport Road, Bhuj, is expanding its Insurance Department and inviting applications for the following positions:

1️⃣ Insurance Manager

Experience: 3–5 years in Motor Insurance
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end insurance operations including renewals, claims, and customer coordination
• Ensure timely processing of insurance policies and claim settlements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance partners
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of motor insurance processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead and guide the insurance team
• Minimum education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

2️⃣ Telecaller -2 (1 Male & 1 Female)

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls related to insurance renewals and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Assist customers with queries regarding insurance policies and claims
• Support the Insurance Manager in achieving departmental targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong follow-up and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Minimum education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
