Description:

  1. Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  2. Generating invoices, bills, and financial statements.
  3. Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
  4. Monitoring and managing petty cash transactions.
  5. Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
  6. Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  7. Conducting financial analysis and reporting.
  8. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  9. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  10. Supporting the finance department in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements of the Role::

  • Minimum 6 months in the same role with Tally experience 
  • Excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in accounting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information - Honest and trustworthy.
  • 100% accuracy on all workings and entries.
