Description:
- Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Generating invoices, bills, and financial statements.
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring and managing petty cash transactions.
- Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Supporting the finance department in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements of the Role::
- Minimum 6 months in the same role with Tally experience
- Excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion with personal and confidential information - Honest and trustworthy.
- 100% accuracy on all workings and entries.
