Job Responsibilities: Civil Engineer – Site Execution

🔧 Site Management & Execution

• Lead on-site execution of showroom interior projects from planning through completion
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings with precision to guide execution
• Ensure all work aligns with quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols

📐 Technical Expertise

• Review and verify drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with architects and consultants to resolve site-level design challenges
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design intent
• 
  

🧱 Material & Purchase Coordination

• Manage procurement of civil and interior materials required for site execution
• Monitor inventory levels, usage, and storage to minimize waste and optimize costs
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and product quality assurance
• 
  

💬 Vendor Management & Negotiation

• Handle vendor negotiations and finalize contracts based on cost-effectiveness and quality
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply chain reliability
• Maintain documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
• 
  

📊 Office & Tech Skills

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules using MS Office tools
• Prepare progress reports, budget estimates, and project updates for senior management
• Utilize tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support technical and commercial communication

🏢 Project - Showroom Outlet Interiors

• Coordinate site activities specifically focused on interior execution for new showroom outlets
• Work closely with branding and design teams to align civil execution with corporate aesthetics
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP services with civil interior works

💡 Preferred Background

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial or residential project execution
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, vendor coordination, and fast-track construction
