Take charge of end-to-end execution of industrial and showroom interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost-effective operations. This role demands hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and strong vendor negotiation skills.

🔧 Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Lead on-site execution of showroom and industrial projects from initiation to handover
• Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings with precision
• Supervise site teams, vendors, and contractors to meet timelines and safety norms
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specs

📐 Technical & Design Coordination

• Review BOQs, drawings, and layouts for accuracy and feasibility
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and design teams
• Monitor civil and MEP integration with a focus on functionality and branding

💬 Quotation Negotiation & Vendor Management

• Evaluate quotations and negotiate contracts based on pricing and material quality
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-chain issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, payments, and service terms

🧱 Procurement & Inventory Oversight

• Oversee procurement of civil, interior, and hardware materials as per project needs
• Track inventory usage and optimize stock levels to reduce wastage
• Ensure materials meet design and durability standards before site deployment

📊 Reporting & Office Coordination

• Maintain daily progress reports, schedules, and cost tracking sheets
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and updates for management review
• Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for professional reporting

🎯 Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial project execution
• Strong negotiation and vendor handling capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional site teams
• Technical proficiency in drawings, finishes, and construction workflow
• Knowledge of fast-track construction and project tracking systems
