Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Customer Representative Executive to join our Bosch Authorized Car Service Center. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of handling service-related calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. This role is open to freshers or those with up to one year of experience in tele-calling or customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and follow-ups
Handle incoming customer queries related to servicing and appointments
Schedule and confirm customer service visits
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
Collect and share feedback with the service and quality team
Assist in resolving basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a professional and polite tone in all interactions
Key Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/Telecalling software)
Friendly and confident telephone manner
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
