Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and courteous female candidate to handle a multi-functional role that combines front desk management, sales backoffice support, and data operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

She will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating with the sales team, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. This role is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional customer handling.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain appointment schedules and visitor logs
    • Assist sales consultants with documentation and delivery coordination
    • Prepare quotations, invoices, booking records, and follow-up sheets
  • Data Entry & MIS Reporting:
    • Enter and maintain customer and vehicle data in CRM or Excel
    • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of internal databases
    • Generate MIS reports and assist management with data analysis

Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate with minimum HSC or Graduation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems preferred
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Pleasant personality with multitasking ability
  • Prior experience in automotive or retail sector is an advantage
