📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager – Sales to lead and manage our Toyota showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile industry, with a proven track record in retail sales management. Experience in Car Sales, tractor sales, commercial vehicle sales, or two-wheeler sales will be considered a strong advantage.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Toyota showroom
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely vehicle availability
• Ensure compliance with Toyota brand standards and operational guidelines
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing teams for local promotional activities and campaigns

👤 Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile sales industry
• Preferred experience in tractor, commercial vehicle, or two-wheeler sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and showroom management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
