We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales & Product Trainer to join our automotive dealership team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automobile sales and a passion for teaching. The trainer will be responsible for educating sales staff on vehicle features, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies to drive performance and product knowledge.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams on product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, models, and industry trends.
• Coach sales staff on effective communication, negotiation, and customer service techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product specialists and management to align training with business goals.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in automobile sales (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Prior teaching, training, or academic experience (e.g., professor, lecturer, corporate trainer).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for automobiles and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
