Operate and monitor boilers, steam turbines, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and water levels.
Perform regular inspection of boiler systems, valves, gauges, and safety devices.
Conduct routine blowdowns and water treatment checks.
Record boiler parameters in logbooks (pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, etc.).
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
Ensure compliance with Boiler Act and safety standards.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Maintain housekeeping in boiler area.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
Valid 2nd Class Boiler Operator Certificate (as per State Boiler Rules).
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Knowledge of boiler operations, steam systems, and safety regulations.
