Train candidates on solar panel installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance
Conduct hands-on demonstrations for solar rooftop systems, off-grid and on-grid systems
Explain electrical concepts, safety practices, tools, and equipment used in solar installations
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical session schedules
Conduct assessments, tests, and practical evaluations of trainees
Maintain attendance, batch records, assessment reports, and training documentation
Ensure compliance with Sector Skill Council (SSC) and government guidelines
Guide trainees on employability skills, entrepreneurship, and career opportunities in solar sector
Maintain and manage lab equipment, tools, and training infrastructure
Support placement and industry interaction activities when required
