. On-Site HR Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including time office management, attendance tracking, and leave administration for site employees.
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle on-site, from smooth onboarding and induction to exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR metrics.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Relations
Ensure absolute compliance with all local and national labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations applicable to the site.
Liaise with local government authorities and external agencies as required.
Manage contract labor verification, ensuring compliance regarding wages, insurance, and working conditions.
3. Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal
Act as a trusted partner to site employees, proactively resolving grievances and fostering a positive, safe work environment.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, celebratory events, and team-building activities tailored for the site workforce.
Facilitate clear communication channels between site employees and corporate HR.
4. Talent Acquisition & Performance Support
Coordinate local recruitment drives to fulfill site manpower requirements efficiently.
Assist line managers with the performance appraisal process and identify local training and development needs.
