JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:
Executive/ Sr. Executive- HR

Reporting to:
Plant Head

Job Location(s):
Mundra (Kutch, Gujarat)

Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all human resource
functions at the Mundra manufacturing plant, including recruitment,
onboarding, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and general
administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by
implementing HR best practices, maintaining healthy employee
relations, and upholding compliance with labor laws and company
policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage
recruitment processes for plant positions, including
sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and completing pre/post-
employment formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and documentation
for statutory requirements and HR databases.
• Address employee grievances and support management in
maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
• Oversee administrative activities such as housekeeping, transport,
canteen, asset maintenance, and general plant administration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance relating to the workplace, including
health, safety, and ISO standards.
• Support payroll processing and handle employee benefits
administration.
Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and complete
separation documentation.
•Liaison with external agencies and authorities as required for labor,
legal, and compliance matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Expected Key Skills & Competencies:
• Familiarity with statutory and labor law compliance relevant to
Gujarat.
•Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to resolve
conflicts and mediate disputes.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
• Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced plant
environment.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
equivalent.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial
environments.
