🧾 Key Requirements

• Good knowledge of Payroll Processing
• Understanding of Statutory Compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), etc.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• HRMS / payroll software knowledge (added advantage)
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum Experience: ~2–3 years (freshers with strong skills may also be considered)

• Preference: Candidates from nearby areas of Kutch/Gujarat preferred
