Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Skills Required:
Handling 40 to 50 Labour
Supervise daily production activities and meet targets.
Allocate manpower and resources as per the plan.
Ensure product quality standards are followed.
Monitor machines and reduce downtime.
Maintain production records and prepare reports.
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
Guide, train, and support team members.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth
operations.
