 OFFICE & OPERATIONS (Off-Roll)

📍 Location: Kutch & Bhuj, Gujarat
🏭 Industry Preference: Factory / Manufacturing
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year
💰 Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage Contract Labour Time Office operations in a multi-shift factory environment
• Administer Face Recognition Attendance System (FRAS) – enrollment, monitoring & deactivation
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly & monthly attendance and absenteeism reports
• Coordinate with contractors for monthly attendance & BVR reports
• Upload shift schedules and maintain Overtime (OT) & Out-Duty (OD) records
• Conduct onboarding & attendance policy training for new contractual workmen
• Ensure accuracy in time tracking, gate entry & documentation
• Support HR initiatives including sports, cultural events & national festivals

✅ Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in Time Office / Contract Labour Management
• Hands-on experience with biometric or face recognition attendance systems
• Strong coordination, reporting & documentation skills
• Good communication skills with basic data handling proficiency
