Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Foundry Fettling Supervisor for a reputed foundry unit in Gandhidham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising fettling activities and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fettling operations including grinding, cutting, and surface finishing of castings.
Manage and guide a team of fettlers to meet production targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates
Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations
Monitor machine/equipment usage and report any issues

Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in foundry fettling or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety practices in foundry
environment
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
