Position HR Executive
Location Gandhidham
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll with accuracy and
timeliness.
Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity,
Professional Tax, Minimum Wages Act, Shops &
Establishment, etc.
Prepare and update statutory registers, returns, and
HR compliance documentation.
HR Generalist Functions
Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and
employee lifecycle records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and
grievance handling.
Support performance appraisal processes and
maintain appraisal data.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies &
procedures.
General Accounting Work
Manage basic accounting entries related to HR and
administration.
Track and maintain expense reports, vendor bills,
and petty cash records.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for
reconciliations.
Administration Activities.
Handle day-to-day office administration and vendor
management.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and
facilities.
Assist management in organizing meetings,
trainings, and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or
related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR Payroll, Compliance,
and Generalist role.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR operations.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/Payroll software,
and Email communication.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.
