*Industry:* Plywood Manufacturing
📍 *Location:* Varsana (Kutch/Gandhidham)
📌 *Experience:* 2–5 years (Plywood/Wood-based industry)
🎓 *Education:* Diploma/Bachelor’s in Wood Science, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
*Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished plywood.
✅ Conduct tests for thickness, moisture, bonding, water resistance, strength.
✅ Ensure compliance with BIS standards (IS 303, IS 710, IS 1659).
✅ Maintain quality documentation & coordinate BIS audits.
✅ Implement process improvements to reduce defects and rework.
*Skills Required:*
✔ Knowledge of plywood manufacturing & BIS certification.
✔ Experience with UTM, moisture meters, bond strength testers.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems.
✔ Strong problem-solving & teamwork skills.
