*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling industrial mechanical products such as Ball and Roller Bearings and related items, with a strong focus on client interaction and territory development in the Kutch Region.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Promote and sell ball bearings, roller bearings, and other industrial products to manufacturing and industrial clients.
Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to prospective customers.
Generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Understand client requirements and provide product solutions aligned with technical specifications.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report market trends, competition activities, and client feedback to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales service.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 5 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of industrial products and mechanical components.
Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Kutch region.
