🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong exposure to industrial construction projects. The role involves independent handling of site execution and billing activities, including BOQ preparation, RA bills, and measurements, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely project delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise civil works for industrial projects (factories, warehouses, plants, utilities)
Manage RCC works, foundations, steel structures, flooring, drainage, and finishing works
Prepare and verify BOQs as per approved drawings
Handle RA bills, final bills, and client billing independently
Take site measurements and prepare Measurement Books (MB)
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project schedule, manpower, and material consumption
Resolve technical site issues and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and accounts teams
Maintain DPRs, billing records, and site documentation
Support audits, client inspections, and certifications

Industrial Civil Works (RCC, foundations, steel structures, flooring, drainage)
Billing & Cost Control (BOQ, RA bills, final bills, quantity take-off)
Measurement & Estimation (MB preparation)
Drawing Interpretation (GFC & shop drawings)
Software: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project (basic)
