Salary

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse / business operations
  • Ensure smooth order processing, packing & dispatch
  • Maintain high productivity and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory accuracy & stock movements
  • Lead and manage associates, supervisors & team leads
  • Create shift plans, manpower allocation & attendance
  • Conduct training, performance reviews & coaching
  • Ensure on-time delivery & order accuracy
  • Handle escalations related to customer issues
  • Track KPIs:
    • Order fulfillment rate
    • On-time delivery
    • Productivity per associate
    • Defect & return rates
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, sellers & internal teams
  • Communicate with regional & senior management
  • Support new process launches & peak season planning
