Key Responsibilities:
✓ Ensure timely & accurate dispatch of domestic and export finished goods
✓ Verify labels, packaging, and statutory documents before dispatch
✓ Coordinate with Production, QC & Marketing for shipment readiness
✓ Handle customer complaints related to dispatch errors and implement CAPA
✓ Plan dispatch routes, prioritize shipments, and allocate manpower
✓ Prepare excise documents, invoices, ARE-1/ARE-3, and ensure compliance
✓ Track vehicles post-dispatch and supervise loading/unloading activities.
✓ Train workmen in safe handling and labelling
Experience (Excise/Logistics) in Chemical industry preferred#immediatejoiners preferred
