💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Non-Negotiable)
💼 Role: Service Desk L1
⏳ Experience: 1–3 years (Preferred)
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 technical support (hardware, software & network issues)
• Handle tickets, incidents, and service requests
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
• Support MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and basic networking
• Ensure excellent communication and customer-handling skills
