✅ MBA in Human Resources (HR)
✅ 2+ years of experience in core HR functions
✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws & compliance
✅ Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
✅ Hands-on with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement & documentation

💼 *Your Role Will Include:*
👩‍💼 Managing daily HR operations

📋 Ensuring statutory and HR processes are followed

💰 *Compensation:*
🎓 If Fresher (MBA-HR): ₹16,000 – ₹22,000/month
👩‍💼 If Experienced (2+5 years): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month
