Job Title: EHS Manager

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering & Safety Certification

Industry: Plywood Manufacturing

Location: Gandhidham

Salary Budget: 60K to 75K

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs in line with industry regulations.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, including local and global regulatory requirements.

Lead training programs to enhance safety awareness and ensure adherence to best practices.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines.

Collaborate with internal departments and external regulatory bodies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement in workplace health and safety.

Key Requirements:

8 to 10 years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing environment, preferably plywood or timber-related industries.

Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices.

Experience in conducting safety training, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
