Position: Head of Sales – Pine Logs

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales – Pine Logs to lead our sales initiatives in Gandhidham. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, expertise in B2B sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers. With a localized focus, travel is limited within Gandhidham, ensuring in-depth market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Engagement:

  • Conduct regular visits to buyers within Gandhidham to assess their needs, present product offerings, and build long-term relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to refine sales approaches.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Address buyer concerns promptly, ensuring seamless sales operations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the timber/logs or allied industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with buyers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other digital tools for data management and sales tracking.
  • Familiarity with the Gandhidham market and buyer ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
