Post: Quality Control (QC) Assistant 
Industry: Plywood Manufacturing

📍 Location: Varsana (Kutch/Gandhidham)
📌 Experience: 2–5 years (Plywood/Wood-based industry)
🎓 Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Wood Science, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering



Key Responsibilities:
✅ Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished plywood.
✅ Conduct tests for thickness, moisture, bonding, water resistance, strength.
✅ Ensure compliance with BIS standards (IS 303, IS 710, IS 1659).
✅ Maintain quality documentation & coordinate BIS audits.
✅ Implement process improvements to reduce defects and rework.



Skills Required:
✔ Knowledge of plywood manufacturing & BIS certification.
✔ Experience with UTM, moisture meters, bond strength testers.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems.
✔ Strong problem-solving & teamwork skills.
