Company in Mundra : Sr Electrician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Electrician to lead electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial environments. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of electrical codes, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, controls, and lighting.

Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.

Lead and supervise junior electricians and apprentices on site.

Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.

Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and perform necessary repairs.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA).

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

Stay updated on latest industry practices, tools, and regulations.Charge Hand over and take over.
Monthly shift schedule preparation by adjusting day and night staff.
Allocation of work regularly.
Stand by duty in Electric penal room.
Check daily , weekly and monthly reports.
To maintain the list of meter reading and monthly electricity bill submission. 
Inspection of regular allocated tasks of staff.
To maintain the records of everyday used material.
To provide assistance to junior staff by guiding them in learning and working under any situation.
To monitor monthly existing stock material and purchase the material as per the requirement.

Qualifications:

ITI with Valid Electrician’s License or Diploma in Electrical Must required

5–10 years of hands-on electrical experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, systems, codes, and standards.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces).

Preferred:

Experience in industrial electrical systems.

Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable technologies.

Familiarity with building automation or control systems.
