Join DesignTree as an Automation Engineer! You'll keep our electrical systems running smoothly, tackle troubleshooting challenges, and ensure top-notch performance across our plant.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Oversee the plant Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Electrical System.
• Ensure all Machinery is operating Efficiently and minimizing downtime.
• Quickly identity and rectify electrical issue utilizing strong troubleshooting skills.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring electrical fault and implement corrective action.
• Experience with power factor correction and energy management.
• Distributed control system like: - Siemens PLC, AC/DC Drives, servo Drives, HMI / SCADA troubleshooting.
• Working with transformer, HT & LT Breaker Montering of DG Sets & Switchgear operation.
• Check & record the consumption of Spares / Consumables Update.
• Adopt safe and healthy work Production.
What You’ll Need: -
• 3-4 years of experience in automation and electrical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in power factor correction and energy management.
• Familiarity with transformers, breakers, and control systems.
