1. Managing sales teams and leading sales operations for Process Air Comp; Wtp, Fire & Safety
2. Target and grow business.
3. Develop new accounts and territories.
4. Strategizing effective sales plans and meeting sales targets for self as well as the team, thereby also contributing to team targets.
5. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed, sales forecasting.
6. Collaborate with the Presales / Sales team in responding to any bid documents.
7. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
8. Providing Business development leadership to maximize the company's sales and profitability.
9. Preparing budget and ensuring its implementation and achievement.
10. Mentoring team members and constantly striving to develop team and successor.
11. Extensive traveling to Branches and customers all over the country.
12. Also plan to develop business in neighbouring countries after the local market has been organized.
13. To coordinate with the service and spares department and contribute to the total satisfaction of customers and also contribute to the growth of the spare parts, department by way of contacts for equipment sales
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience:
Total work: 3-4 year in same field (Preferred)
