✅ Welcome and assist customers & visitors
✅ Handle calls and customer inquiries
✅ Manage appointments and visitor records
✅ Coordinate with sales & service teams
✅ Assist with documentation, data entry & filing
✅ Maintain a professional and organized reception area
✅ Provide excellent customer service
