Education - MBA(HR) or Dual / BBA(HR) / MSW / LLB / PGDBM(HR)

Note : MBA(HR) Freshers can also apply.

Work Experiences - 3 to 5 years

Works:

Recruitment Management functions & Selection procedure
Payroll Management functions
Leave Management
To maintain Employee Records
To fulfill Statutory Compliances as per company requirements
To handle Administration functions
Talent Acquisition
Training and Development functions like conducting Internship programs and also handling apprenticeship programs
To conduct benefit analysis

Job Types: Full-time

Budget : ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
