Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Cartonator Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cartonator machines and a strong understanding of the packaging industry. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cartonator machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, BA or Relevant field (Post Graduates will not be considered).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
