Position Overview:
We are seeking a Secondary Packing Operator with expertise in operating a Cartonator machine. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that products are packed efficiently and securely for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Cartonator machine for secondary packing processes.
- Ensure that all packing procedures comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet packing schedules and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on packed products before they are dispatched.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the Cartonator machine and coordinate with the maintenance team as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working with Cartonator machines or in secondary packing operations.
- Knowledge of packing processes and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
