We are seeking a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead application development and mentor our development team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities: ▪ Lead development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js ▪ Architect scalable, high-performance solutions ▪ Mentor junior and mid-level developers ▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions ▪ Ensure coding standards and best practices

🛠️ Requirements: ▪ 3–9 years of MERN stack development experience ▪ Strong expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, optimization) ▪ Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and API design ▪ Experience in application architecture and design ▪ Knowledge of MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and microservices ▪ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
