Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales
Identify and develop new customers in domestic and export markets.
Promote China Clay (Kaolin) products to ceramic, paper, paint, rubber, refractory, and allied industries.
Conduct market research to understand demand trends, pricing, and competition.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product samples, and coordinate technical support.
Ensure timely delivery and address client complaints or concerns promptly.
Business Development
Explore new applications and market segments for China Clay products.
Identify export opportunities and liaise with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry conferences.
Pricing & Negotiations
Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and payment terms.
Monitor market prices and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
