dards and specifications. Maintain production schedules and optimize processes for maximum efficiency, minimize downtime and maintain accurate records of production data and report daily activities.
Maintenance

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on
production machinery and equipment, diagnose and
troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime, ensure the proper functioning and calibration of tools and machinery.

Monitor production processes to ensure
compliance with quality standards and
specifications, Perform inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Develop and implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Identify and develop new international market opportunities for ERW pipes and tubes. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients,distributors, and partners. Develop and implement strategic plans.
Coordinate with quality, production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of export orders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade or related field( MBA preferred)
