- Greet and welcome visitors,clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing relevant information when necessary.
- Schedule appointments,meetings, and maintain calendars for staff or management.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing office documents.
- Handle and sort mail and deliveries, ensuring they are properly distributed.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
- Respond to inquiries via email or in person and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
