Description:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing relevant information when necessary.

  • Handle and sort mail and deliveries, ensuring they are properly distributed.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
