Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Marketing Intern who can help us grow our network by reaching out to local businesses, HR professionals, and employers — encouraging them to post their openings on Kutch.careers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn client communication, sales outreach, and digital marketing in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to businesses and HR professionals across Kutch via calls, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.

Explain the benefits of posting jobs on Kutch.careers.

Help companies create their job posts if required.

Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat engagement.

Report daily progress and leads generated.

Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize outreach campaigns.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking with clients (both in person and over the phone).

Basic understanding of online job portals or marketing will be a plus.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Students pursuing BBA, MBA, or Marketing-related courses are encouraged to apply.
